Certification
refers to the confirmation of certain characteristics of an object, person, or organization. This confirmation is often, but not always, provided by some form of external review, education, or assessment. One of the most common types of certification in modern society is professional certification, where a person is certified as being able to competently complete a job or task, usually by the passing of an examination.
Professional certification is a professional certificate of
competence and designation earned by a person to assure that he/she is qualified to perform a job or task. Professional Certification by IEBA means that professionals have been assessed against internationally recognized standards to demonstrate their competence and performance capability.
It is the ability to distinguish between a proven, competent person that ensures that the selection of a certified professional is an informed choice not a gamble. IEBA certification means the certified professional can show to employers that he/she has been successful at meeting the requirements of international certification standards.
This means that the employer reduces the risk of selecting an incompetent professionals and paying for, or more seriously, acting upon invalid results.
Thus, we supply professional certification programs in a range of areas that help international learners to find careers and progress in them as well as meet the competency level. Our certification programs prepare all the individuals in industry for the unique opportunity to realize their dreams for a global career.
